Return Policy
Online Return Policy

Your satisfaction is extremely important to us. In the event you are not pleased with the product you purchased from Nordic Naturals you may return product if it meets the guidelines below.


Guidelines
All returns must be made in original condition and initiated by calling
customer service at 1-800-662-2544, to request a Return Authorization Number (RA#) within 30 days from the date you receive your order.

NO RETURNS are accepted if an RA# is not obtained within 30 days of the
date you receive your order.
 

You will receive a credit for your purchase only if it meets the criteria
below.

We do not offer merchandise exchanges.
 

* If the returned bottles are marked in any way, no credit will be issued.
All bottles must be retuned to Nordic Naturals in resalable conditions

* If you received a defective item, a credit may be issued by calling
customer service.

 

* Please note we can only accept product that is purchased directly through Nordic Naturals. If product was purchased through a 3rd party retailer, please contact this retailer for returns, as their own return policies will apply.
 

Returns must be received 30 days after the RA# is issued to receive full
credit.
 

We do not accept any packages without an RA# obviously marked on the outside
of the package.

 

All returns will be checked by our return specialists. In the event items or parts are
